For healthcare organisations
Reliable people when your service needs them
Gaps in a rota are never just a scheduling problem. They affect the people you support and the team who carry the extra load. We supply skilled, checked professionals who arrive prepared and fit in, so care stays consistent.

How we can help
Two ways to strengthen your team
Healthcare staffing
Qualified, fully checked nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers for planned shifts, short-notice gaps and longer-term cover.

Help finding nurses and care professionals who will stay, with honest shortlists, thorough screening and support through to their first day.
About permanent recruitmentSettings
Where our professionals work
We take time to understand each setting, because the right person for one service is not always right for another.
Care homes
Residential and nursing homes needing cover that residents and teams feel comfortable with.
Supported living
Support workers who understand independence, routine and positive risk-taking.
Hospitals and clinics
NHS and independent providers needing competent, registered professionals.
Community services
Domiciliary, mental health and learning disability services in the community.
Our process
From request to a reliable shift
Understand your service
We learn about your setting, the people you support, your team and exactly what each role requires.
Match the right people
We put forward professionals whose skills and experience suit your service, not just whoever is available.
Checks, then confirmation
Every worker has completed our pre-placement checks. You receive their profile before they arrive.
Review and improve
We ask for feedback after shifts and placements, and use it to get every future booking right.
Compliance
Checks you can rely on
You remain accountable for the care in your service, so you need to trust the people who walk through your door. Our pre-placement checks are designed with that in mind.

Questions
Common questions
Which roles can you supply?
We focus on registered nurses, healthcare assistants, senior carers and support workers. If you need a different role, ask us and we will be honest about whether we can help.
What checks do your workers have?
Before anyone is placed we verify identity and right to work, obtain an enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, take up references and confirm professional registration where it applies. Mandatory training is checked and kept up to date.
Can we see a worker’s profile before they arrive?
Yes. We share a profile summarising experience, training and checks, so you can confirm suitability before the shift.
How do we raise a concern or give feedback?
Contact your named contact directly. We review all feedback, investigate concerns promptly and keep you updated on what we have done.
Request staff
Tell us what you need and we will come back to you to confirm details and what we can cover. Please do not include information that identifies the people you support.
